Contest Description:
For at least five days within the month of March, pick a form of exercise to do. You may do five consecutive days of fitness or space your exercise out throughout the month as long as you do at least five days. You may still enter after the start date of the challenge. Examples include walking, bicycling, running, jumping rope, lifting weights, swimming, dancing, squats, push ups, basketball, and many others. Be sure to document the following things each time you exercise, as you will be asked to reflect on the entire challenge at the conclusion:
1) What exercise did you do?
2) How many minutes/hours did you exercise?
3) What was your favorite part of the exercise?
4) What part of the exercise was difficult for you?
5) How did you stay focused throughout the exercise?
6) What you learned from participating in this challenge?
Special note: If you tag me on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter @AuthorJon of you doing your challenge for that day, you will receive extra points towards your contest entry and increase your chances of winning the $50 prize.
Remember that you should continue following all orders of your health care professionals and should consult any dietary changes and physical fitness adjustments with your primary health care professional.

Contest Rules
- All contests will begin on the first day of the month and conclude on the last day of each month at 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Only one contest entry per person. In the event that an entrant enters the contest multiple times, the first entry form will be the only one honored.
- All contest entrants must be 18 years or older to participate.
- The winner will be contacted via the email they used to enter the contest.
- The winner will have 48 hours after they have been contacted to respond in order to make arrangements to receive payment.
- The prize will be given in United States Dollars (USD) and will be a one-time payment.
- The winner must confirm receipt of payment in writing.
- Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
- The winner will be spotlighted and by entering the contest, hereby give consent for the use of their name, voice, likeness, opinions, and biographical information for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation or deliberation.
- The sponsor receives the right to suspend (temporarily or end) contest at any time for any reason.
- By entering the contest, the contest participant releases the sponsor from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which the client ever had, now has or will have in the future against the sponsor, arising from the participants past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, the contest, unless arising from the gross negligence of the sponsor.
